Job Responsibilities

• Support the management of EHS administrative processes to ensure compliance with WSH regulations and applicable legal requirements
• Maintain and support EHS management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, including participation in internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions
• Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and relevant agencies on EHS-related matters
• Prepare and manage documentation related to approvals, permits, license applications/renewals, and internal EHS records
• Assist in overseeing vendor's safety, including permit-to-work and site safety controls
• Support the planning and conduct of safety briefings, EHS training sessions, and emergency response drills
• Assist with departmental activities related to facility and maintenance operations
• Perform any other duties related to EHS and operational support as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or chemical environment
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Certification such as WSH Coordinator or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Risk Assessment methodologies
• Willingness to support activities outside standard office hours when required

Role Description

The Quality Executive will be responsible to ensure compliance in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001standards in the operations departments.

 Duties:

1.     Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depots)

2.     File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents

3.     Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits

4.     Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards

5.     Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS and account-specific regime

6.     Prepare monthly compliance report for QEHS requirements

7.     Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules

8.     Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1.     Diploma holders in Engineering or Business or possess relevant certification in QESH

2.     Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, 18001 and 45001 standards

3.     Minimum 2 years’ experiences in QESH management system and auditing

4.     Able to analyse issues with problem solving and root cause analysis tools

5.     Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design Quality (DQ) team as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise in quality processes.
• Create and execute test plans to qualify new designs, ensuring alignment with intended customer use cases.
• Develop accelerated life testing and stress testing protocols for high-value components.
• Propose, procure, and set up test equipment for component qualification.
• Conduct and apply DFMEA to identify potential design risks and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct statistical data analysis on test and reliability data, and compile detailed reports.
• Assess component quality in collaboration with suppliers and perform root cause analysis by coordinating with the engineering team.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of quality and reliability engineering principles.
• Log all reported defects from qualification tests and follow up with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, with prior experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in qualification test plan development, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Solid expertise in statistical analysis and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and flexibly, demonstrating a passion for developing technically excellent products.
• Proficient in Minitab and experienced with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Description

• Support the implementation and execution of the Infection Prevention and Control Initiatives, including but not limited to the following:
• Identifies, investigates and reports healthcare facility onset infections, outbreaks, clusters and risk of infection among patients, staff and equipment through ongoing surveillance and rounds
• Provides advice on infection prevention and control related matters in accordance to hospital policies and procedures
• Collects data and maintains records for infection prevention and control related surveillance and clinical incident
• Organizes and undertakes audits of assigned wards to ensure that infection prevention and control related procedures are being carried out in accordance with hospital policies
• Deliver infection prevention and control training to patients and staff

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with 2 years' relevant clinical practice as a Registered Nurse
• Formal infection prevention and control training or appointment as an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse preferred
