Role Summary:

You will be responsible in for ensuring finished wafers meet quality standards through final inspection, defect detection, and failure analysis. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer claims, while overseeing inspection processes, optimizing tool recipes, and supervising OQC operators to maintain high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and microscopic inspections on finished wafer to detect the defects.
• Release, maintain, and set up recipes for inspection tools (e.g. AVI, OM, Sorter & Packing tools)
• Perform failure analysis on rejected parts, identifying root causes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure that cleanroom particle levels, air velocity, and UPW bacterial levels meet FAB specifications.

What's the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Business Analyst, based in Singapore, to drive process improvement, data transformation and AI adoption initiatives, and support daily finance operations within Global Operations (GOPS). • Act as a backfill for quarterly and yearly standard cost review/update and perform ad-hoc standard cost revision and cost roll requests. 
• Responsible for the actual cost calculation of systems / products and analysis of the variance between the pre and post calculations.
• Responsible for monthly forecast of systems / products and review with Business Unit(s).
• Support month-end activities and prepare journal entries.
• Develop and maintain “expert-level” knowledge around various business processes and operational and financial data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within process areas to drive scale and efficiency.

Production Assembly Operator is in charge of executing the production processes in a production environment. They have to be able to independently execute those tasks and are actively involved in achieving the production objectives. In order to do this they also need to actively follow the established Kaizen processes and the corresponding Working Instructions. Production Assembly Operator will be trained on multiple processes and have successfully completed a cross training.
