Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of end-to-end SMT/PCBA processes including stencil printing, solder paste inspection (SPI), pick-and-place operations, reflow profiling, automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, selective/wave soldering, conformal coating, and final assembly integration. Proven capability in process optimization, yield improvement, defect reduction, and implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong background in manufacturing process development, new product introduction (NPI), line setup, process characterization, and root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA. Experienced in developing work instructions, process documentation, manufacturing standards, and training programs to support production scalability and operational excellence.

Proven track record in cross-functional leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead engineering teams, collaborate with quality, operations, and supply chain functions, and drive strategic initiatives. Demonstrated strengths in business analysis, production planning support, change management, and manufacturing administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.

We are seeking an experienced CMP Process manager to lead a diverse team of engineering talent within our Diffusion Department. This role plays a critical part in driving manufacturing excellence, process robustness, and continuous improvement across the fab.

What you will be working on:

• Establish plans and strategies to meet and surpass manufacturing performance indices
• Establish smooth operation of manufacturing through the establishment of robust manufacturing processes; high equipment availability and clear operating procedures
• Forecast and budget for test wafers and process-related expenditures
• Drive improvements in yield, throughput, OEE, Cpk, and defect density reduction
• Liaise with internal and external customers to improve yield, quality and throughput
• Implement SPC/FMEA/DOE as means of Total Quality Control
• Spearhead and facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to create cost effective and robust processes
• Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
• Provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
• Conduct regular feedback and communication sessions with staff for work improvement and maintain morale
• Responsible for process installation and monitoring and capability reporting
• Responsible for recipe management, control, availability and documentation
• Participate in Change Meeting
• Perform Fab audit in own dept/area
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab

More about you:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
• 6-8 years of relevant semiconductor wafer fabrication experience, with strong technical expertise in Diffusion and/or CMP processes
• Proven knowledge of wafer fab equipment, process integration, and manufacturing control systems
• Experienced in process control in oxide CMP process.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities (Mechanical) to lead and manage the facilities mechanical systems for our semiconductor manufacturing site. This is a critical leadership role responsible for system reliability, expansion and optimization projects, energy efficiency, and team development in a high‑performance fab environment.

What you will be working on:

• To be responsible for the management and operation of the facilities mechanical systems.
• Lead and manage facilities system expansion and optimization projects
• To manage the energy reduction projects for facilities mechanical systems. 
• Manage Capex/Opex budgets and headcount planning
• To manage facilities systems expansion & optimization projects:
• Perform role of Project Manager to plan, lead, executing, monitoring, controlling and manage projects.
• Lead and guide the mechanical team to execute the projects to meet project requirements and objectives.
• Regular reporting to management.
• To manage facilities system operation:
• Together with system owner keeping track of system operation to ensure system running smoothly with good PM management.
• Perform problem solving, incident reporting, contracts renewal, parts tracking & ordering, bills & invoice verification and energy consumption reporting.
• To manage the team members performance review and appraisal
• To mentor & coach the team to meet their annual goals and KPI.
• Provide training and guidance to team member to improve their performance.
• To be the consultant and facilitator to solve complex problems
• Execute analytical approaches to provide expert opinions.
• Promote collaborative team work among team members.
• To manage compliance and maintain performance standards
• Work as role model to ensure self and team to obey all compliances.
• Setup & maintain good project plan, operation procedures and quality standards.

More about you:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within semiconductor manufacturing facilities management
• Strong capability in managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure and fast work environment.
