Responsibilities:

Project Management :

• Lead a project team to manage and supervise execution of production works and ensure delivery of assigned projects.

• Define the project roadmap for splitting the Deliver function (Logistics, Customer deliveries and Warehouse operations) into the new entity.
• Coordinate with the Regional Planning Team to ensure demand forecasting and supply planning processes are executed in accordance to transition or cutover timelines.
• Ensure the successful management of physical infrastructure and network changes on inventory or assets within the warehouse, if required by the split.
• Ensure trade control compliance elements are adhered to (e.g. entity licensing, entity registration, etc), where applicable.
• Work with IT stakeholders on any IT-related transitions impacting the warehousing operations.

2. Process and Systems Mapping

• Map current "As-Is" workflows and "To-Be" processes for the new entity.
• Develop a clear matrix that drives accountability and visibility of responsibilities.
• Oversee the transition of Logistics Service Provider (LSP) contracts and Operations SOPs to the new entity.
• Oversight on testing progress and traction
• Ensure ERP/WMS system cutovers are synchronized with physical movements.
• Develop a Transition Playbook that documents key activities encountered for this project.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison representing Deliver and Plan activities for the operations, between various stakeholders.
• Lead weekly steering committee or operational meetings to report on milestones, risks, and budget spend.

4. Risk Mitigation

• Identify potential "blind spots" in the project delivery chain (e.g., budget overspend, infrastructure setup delays impacting shipping, service failures, etc) during the transition phase.
• Escalation of potential risks while proactively pursuing solutions against those risks.

Qualification:

• University/bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain PMO experience.
• Good understanding of 3PL management, inventory control, supply planning and demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Project,)
• Able to drive change management effectively through influence and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical ability
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining business development and clinical solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with hospitals, doctors,research teams, and medtech partners, while also being able to understand software products, data workflows, AI-enabled solutions, and basic technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospital Partnership & Business Development

• Identify and develop relationships with hospitals,surgeons, clinical researchers, and medtech partners in Singapore and selected regional markets.
• Support the setup of clinical validation projects, research collaborations, and pilot opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential hospital partners, KOLs, research collaborators, and commercial pilot sites.
• Represent Cygnus Med in external meetings with clinical, academic, industry, and government stakeholders.
• Support market mapping, competitor analysis, and go-to-market planning for Cygnus Med’s medical AI software.

2. Clinical Solutions & Project Delivery

• Understand hospital and clinical workflows related to vascular imaging, and translate user needs into clear product requirements and technical action items.
• Lead product demonstrations, workflow discussions, user feedback sessions, and solution presentations with clinical partners.
• Coordinate clinical validation, data collection, annotation, and pilot projects with hospitals, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with software, AI, and data engineers to align clinical needs with product development, system integration, testing, and deployment.
• Track project progress, partner feedback, data quality issues, and operational risks, and drive issues through to resolution.

3. Market & Commercial Development

• Identify early adopter hospitals, research partners, and high-value use cases in Singapore and selected regional markets.
• Develop insights into hospital adoption barriers, procurement pathways, competitive positioning, and commercial opportunities.
• Work with management to design pilot models, validation partnerships, pricing approaches, and longer-term commercial pathways.
• Support Cygnus Med’s market entry and partnership strategy by converting clinical relationships into executable projects and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in medtech, digital health, medical devices, healthcare business development, clinical solutions, product management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to engage hospitals, clinicians, research teams, or healthcare partners and move discussions into concrete projects.
• Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with software, AI, and data teams, and to translate clinical or business needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong project ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, international, and fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin is an advantage for collaboration with China-based partners.

Preferred

• Existing network or prior working relationships with hospitals, clinicians, KOLs, research groups, or medtech partners in Singapore or Asia.
• Prior experience in medical AI, digital health software, ultrasound, vascular imaging, or SaMD.
• Technical exposure to software products, AI workflows, data platforms, annotation tools, APIs, or system integration.
• Experience supporting hospital pilots, clinical validation, research collaborations, or early-stage product commercialisation.
• Familiarity with medical software regulatory considerations or clinical data compliance.
• Entrepreneurial experience, either as a start-up founder or in a similar cross-functional role within an early-stage company.
