Objective of the position :

The product manager for Networks execute product line strategy in the cables vertical with a view to improve the revenue, profitability and increase customer base for our company's cables product. The position is also responsible for credible pricing strategy to meet the long-term needs of the Company.

The product scope includes Industrial End to End connectivity Products – Industrial Communication cables, Industrial Ethernet Switches (Managed and Unmanaged), Industrial data connectors, Industrial cellular Routers, Protocol Gateways, and other industrial networking and end to end connectivity products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage product portfolio roadmap and lifecycle from strategic planning to end of life.

• Possess knowledge of network switches and the design of network devices within the project scope.

• Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues.

• Be hands-on in providing guidance and conducting knowledge transfer to site engineers.

• Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Host, manage, and present project meetings.

• Report project progress to the Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation works.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or an equivalent discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of system-related experience.

• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.

• Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems.

• Knowledge in the following areas:

 A. Cybersecurity

 B. SQL Management Studio applications and database table management

 C. Vulnerability assessment

 D. Software development concepts

 E. Setup and installation of access control systems (e.g. key management systems, CCTV, card readers, gantries)

 F. Project requirements and procedures

WeesengHVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production / HVAC Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities

•  Lead, plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules and delivery timelines are met.

•  Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

•  Supervise material preparation, processing, packaging, and inventory control.

•  Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials are available for efficient production activities.

•  Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs, Standardization, and operational procedures.

•  Verify and approve production records to ensure manufacturing activities are accurately documented and completed.

•  Oversee the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment.

•  Ensure production areas are maintained in accordance with cleanliness, safety and operational standards.

•  Supervise production personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.

•  Lead team to troubleshoot technical issues.

•  Lead team to oversee and manage site installation.

•  Ensure production activities, waste handling, and environmental practices comply with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

•  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

•  Minimum 5years of relevant hands-on experience in HVAC (Air conditioning &Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

•   Strong technical knowledge of chiller and AHU design.

•   Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

•   Ability to manage local and foreign workers.

•   Basic understanding of 3D modelling and engineering software (e.g. SolidWorks, electrical design tools)
