The Senior Technical Superintendent is responsible for monitoring and controlling the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical operations of assigned fleet vessels. The role ensures that all vessels operate in compliance with international maritime regulations, company standards, and environmental policies, while meeting shipowners’ performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day technical management of assigned vessels to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
• Ensure vessels comply with all statutory classification, and international maritime regulations
• Monitor maintenance, repair, and dry-docking activities, ensuring timely execution within approved budgets
• Control and optimize technical operating costs while maintaining high standards of operational excellence
• Provide technical guidance and support to vessel crew, particularly on engineering matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sailing experience as Chief Engineer on bulk carriers and/or container vessels (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent with a reputable ship management or ship owning company (preferred)
• Experience managing similar vessel types will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Skills

The Senior System Engineer serves as the senior technical authority within the Service Delivery organization. Technical Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in modern engineering practices focused on continuous integration and quality engineering.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with approximately 5 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance and audit requirements in Singapore. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full sets of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, and fixed assets.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

· Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements (e.g., GST, corporate tax, annual filing with ACRA/IRAS).

· Support annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

· Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.

· Partner with business units on finance-related matters and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA Singapore preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience (audit firm or commercial experience in Singapore is an advantage).

· Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (SFRS, GST, corporate tax).

· Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
