  • As a planning business partner, advise assigned departments on conceptualising and implementing their business-level strategies and initiatives to align their plans with the University's strategic aspirations and performance objectives
  • Facilitating the compilation, analysis, and reporting of performance data, budgeting information, and business initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making and effective institutional planning.
  • Manage the Executive Management Dashboard (EMD), a performance management dashboard which consolidates key strategic and operational performance data, giving SMU leadership and senior management insights into the University's key performance areas.

• Experience in coordinating organisation-wide data collection, consolidation, and reporting tools, workflows and processes.
• Background in supporting the development of education and research policies; experienced in managing higher education institutes, preferably in strategic/corporate planning, preparing major strategic planning and/or organisational reporting documents, and overseeing enterprise performance.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, ability to assess and evaluate issues and data, and present options and their corresponding pros and cons.

Job Description:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for various data marts and data products supporting both internal and external data users.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement product enhancements that fulfill user and business requirements.

• Prioritize user requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that clearly outline goals, scope, user scenarios, analytics frameworks, and data logic to meet user needs.

• Work in partnership with other product teams, engineering teams, and project managers to drive feature releases while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.

Job Requirements:

• Program Management & Performance Oversight: Own and manage the KYB program across multiple regions, ensuring that all operational and regulatory requirements are met. Monitor and optimize program performance to ensure the success of the KYB process from end to end.

• Standardization and Scalability: Drive standardization of processes across all Markets ensuring  a lean and efficient set-up across Pandora markets
