•           Conduct proper handover from the project team to operations after commissioningof projects.

•           Conduct internal training and/or knowledge transfer to team.

•           Update operations documentation (technical, CMDB, etc).

Requirements:

•           At least 5 years of experience providing network operational and administrationsupporting Cisco products (Routers / Switches/WLAN)

•           Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or its related field.

•           Minimum Cisco CCNP certification

•           In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols

•           Knowledge of network security, load balancing and optimizationtechnologies 

•           Experience working with Cisco network, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 Load Balancer, PaloAlto/Checkpoint/Fortinet firewall and Splunk is preferred.

•           Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

•           Good communication skills both written and verbal.

•           Ability to prioritise work & multitask

•           Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.

•           Willing to work in extended hours and perform standby duty after office hour
