Key Responsibilities

Observability Engineering:

•Architect, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.

•Continuously enhance visibility into the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.

Proactive Monitoring & Investigation:

•Leverage observability data to investigate system issues and anomalies in real-time.

•Identify root causes using advanced event correlation, log analysis, and telemetry patterns.

Predictive Analytics & ML Integration:

•Apply machine learning models to detect anomalies, forecast system behavior, and prevent outages.

•Collaborate with data teams to operationalize predictive analytics for IT incident management.

Service Mapping with ServiceNow:

•Maintain and automate the synchronization of Configuration Items (CIs) from ServiceNow to Splunk.

•Ensure accurate service correlation and dependency mapping across platforms.

As a (job role), you will need to have:

•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

•Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms.

•Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including CMDB and CI relationships.

•Familiarity with machine learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

•Proficient in scripting (Python, linux) for automation.

•Understanding of ITIL and modern IT operations practices.

•Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and investigation skills using observability data.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Support commissioning, qualification, start-up, and operational readiness activities for pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing facilities and process systems.

• Execute commissioning and qualification protocols for process equipment, utilities, and automation systems in compliance with GMP requirements.

• Monitor and optimize process control systems, including temperature control, pressure control, flow control, and TCU

• Support and troubleshoot DeltaV control system operations during commissioning, start-up, and manufacturing campaigns.

• Perform system testing, loop checks, functional testing, and operational verification activities.

• Support CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) operations, troubleshooting, and performance verification.

• Work closely with engineering, automation, validation, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve commissioning and operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure project milestones are achieved.

About You:

• Degree/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical

• Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or life sciences manufacturing environments.

• Must have ex-biotech experience or project engineers with commissioning experience.

• Able to work on 12 hours rotating shifts, morning shift/ night shift, 24/7 operations.
