Job Requirements

1) Candidate shall possess a minimum diploma in quantity surveying or engineering related discipline

2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in QS role preferably in general construction or architecture related

4) The candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Handle project claims
• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
• Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors’ payments
• Co-ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters above
• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management

Job Requirement

• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management
• Minimum diploma holder/ degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industry
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in building construction projects
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines

Experienced candidates may be considered for more senior positions.

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets tracking.
• Review and process employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain petty cash records and manage cash deposits accurately.
• Support monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with other administrative or accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of accounting experience within the construction industry.
• Proficient in SAP accounting system and general accounting practices.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail.

What we're looking for

Educational Background

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates at different stages of a project.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue of PO and update in purchasing system

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our clients' site. This includes liaise various contractors and vendors to schedule preventative maintenance, cleaning services, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc. through our appointed term/ sub-contractors. You shall investigate, check and give recommendation for reported breakdowns & faults to determine their root cause to prevent future occurrences. In addition, you shall be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices, attending to incidents and setting up of the events etc.
