• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update project progress.
• Coordinate construction activities to comply with QOSHE (Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements.
• Conduct project risk impact assessments.
• Review construction drawings for accuracy.
• Manage the procurement of resources, and monitor and control material usage on-site to prevent unnecessary wastage or incorrect use.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on change orders.
• Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
• Perform material receiving inspections and maintain material records, ensuring all delivery orders are returned to HQ for documentation.
• Prepare daily reports, and perform and maintain inspection records.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

• Degree Holder in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture.
• 1 – 4 years of working experience in relevant industry
• TRAINING will be provided to candidate without / with lesser experience

Job Scope:

• Assist the Head of Operations in daily activities and project coordination
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documents (e.g. method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, etc.)
• Arrange manpower, equipment, and transport for site works
• Oversee installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, shifting, and dismantling of construction equipment
• Perform regular site inspections and ensure work meets client requirements and safety standards
• Prepare and submit reports, checklists, and documentation to customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with engineers on drawings, testing, and certification submissions
• Conduct user training, safety briefings, and support safety campaigns
• Investigate incidents and prepare incident reports
• Support the training, productivity, and well-being of assigned site teams
• Track equipment inventory and ensure proper usage and return
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and generate reports
• Maintain records for audits and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and government regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• NITEC and/or Diploma in M&E/Civil/Construction or equivalent
• 1 -4 years of experience in Site Coordination or relevant
