A Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product reliability, optimizing performance, and preventing future failures. • Experience working with PC/Notebooks/Workstation (PC Setup, PC troubleshooting)
• Working experience in either SSD or HDD industry would be an advantage
• Experience with NVMe storage interface protocols and Windows/Linux Operating Systems
• Knowledge of storage device drivers and/or PCIE chipset register configurations would be beneficial
• Experience using PCIe/NVMe bus analyzers and oscilloscopes would be beneficial
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting at customer sites.
