WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Review claim documentation, assess coverage, and determine claim validity.
• Communicate with policyholders, sales team, partners, TPA’s, and insurance companies to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Handle customer touchpoints professionally across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails, staff briefings, and face-to-face meetings) to provide clear, timely, and empathetic updates.
• Provide proactive, prompt, and courteous assistance to policyholders regarding claims inquiries, service requests, and other concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations, addressing pain points, and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the claims and service process.
• Investigate and evaluate claims to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions, while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim and service records, ensuring consistency across communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalated cases and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to claims processing and customer service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, insurance) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance claims processing or insurance servicing roles in a corporate direct, brokerage or other intermediary capacities.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and coverage.
• Strong inner drive to achieve and challenge the insurance status quo.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to assess claim validity and accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

The role

As a Marketing Assistant (PR & Campaign) at Love, Bonito Malaysia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving impactful campaigns that bring our brand to life. Reporting directly to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s presence during an exhilarating scale-up season. Main responsibilities :

• Own and manage the end-to-end KOL strategy and execution, including sourcing, onboarding, briefing, content direction, posting management, and performance tracking.
• Drive KOL campaign performance outcomes, ensuring deliverables contribute to key metrics such as traffic, order, and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure consistent collaboration quality and long-term brand alignment.
• Oversee KOL campaign planning and coordination, including timelines, content rollout, and alignment with broader marketing and product initiatives.

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.

The part you will play

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services. 

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

Grow Account NMV and Revenue:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and overall revenue of key accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Conduct monthly, weekly and post mortem business review to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within key accounts.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive account growth.

Promo Planning / Alignment:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.

This role blends creative storytelling with machine learning capabilities to accelerate end-to-end video production across Southeast Asia. You will drive AI adoption within the regional video team, standardize workflows, and enable scalable, high-quality content creation for eCommerce and social commerce brands.

As a Regional AI Video Content Manager, you will take charge of:

AI-Led Video Production Strategy

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, agentic AI systems, and automation to accelerate video production workflows
• Integrate creative storytelling with AI-driven processes to enhance both efficiency and output quality
• Support the Regional Head of Video Content in implementing AI-powered strategies across Southeast Asian markets

Productivity Optimization & Operational Excellence

As a Video Production Associate/ Senior Associate you will take charge of 

Your responsibilities would include:

● Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms.
● Collaborate with Content Manager & Brand Team to create and curate content including videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonates with the target audience and is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
● Develop and execute video content ideas that align with the brand goals and values.

The Regional Commercial Excellence Manager is a central role focusing on driving operational support across commercial, graphic design and chat functions – our core service offerings. We are looking for a dual role of account management with strong PMO skills to develop processes to drive efficiency and quality in service offers, support tool adoption and leverage the right tools, data and systems to improve how we service our brand clients.

As a Regional Commercial Excellence Manager you will take charge of 

• Drive regional key account management for strategic clients, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and consistent performance across markets

As an Online Trade Activation Executive, you will take charge of

• Execute and support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and trade mechanics across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website), with understanding of the commercial objective behind each activation.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, content, and visuals, and flag potential issues that may impact conversion or customer experience.
• Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion (keywords, visuals, cross-selling).
• Support adaptation of online assets (banners, posters, basic ad visuals) to meet platform requirements.

• Good understanding of the online customer journey and conversion drivers.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for basic copywriting and keyword optimization.
• Good visual judgement and ability to adapt assets for online platforms.

We’re looking for a highly creative and driven Senior Content Strategist to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling—developing compelling ideas, writing engaging scripts and captions, and spotting trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective. This role demands a passion for words, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for creative opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Senior Content Strategist you will take charge of 

Your responsibilities would include:

• Write clear, compelling scripts and storyboards for short-form video content, from product showcases to campaign storytelling.
• Lead and guide the team, with a focus on understanding social commerce content strategies.
• Support the Video Content Lead in the ideation and development of big creative ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Craft engaging, on-brand captions that support video narratives and highlight key eCommerce hooks
• Conduct trendspotting and competitor benchmarking to identify creative opportunities and shape content strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the video production team and key account managers to ensure messaging is cohesive and effective.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• At least 3 - 4 years of relevant copywriting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing storyboarding, social content, or campaign work
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and tone
• Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas
• Basic ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights to copywriting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Solution Design
