The team you will be part of

The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space.

The part you will play

A Senior Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

As a Senior Key Account Manager you will take charge of 

• Grow account NMV and revenue
• Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts 
• Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals 
• Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance (Content, Store Management, Operations, Chat) 
• Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met
• Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands
• Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting 
• Work together with Intrepid leadership to ensure account retention and growth
• Coach and develop junior team members

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree
• Fluent in English and Malay, ideally proficient in Mandarin
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
• Experience in the FMCG category or merchandising will be an added advantage.
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans

A DAY IN A LIFE

• Team Development: Lead the recruitment of a team of Pricing Analysts/Executives and train a motivated team to coordinate pricing strategy and execution
• Stakeholder Management: Chair coordination with Finance to ensure that pricing strategy is reflected in the P&L. Promote a collaborative environment between cross-functions (products, system, finance and key account management teams) that help resolve daily issues

2. Yield Performance 

• Weekly Forecasting: Evaluate sales forecast data , generate and present weekly yield forecasts, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the variance between targeted vs. achieved yield and implement corrective pricing actions where necessary.
• Yield Strategy: Develop high-quality, simple, but consistent processes to ensure revenue is maximized with a similar pricing strategy for all agents and partners.

3. Revenue Integrity & AWB Governance

• Verification & Audit: Lead the systematic audit of Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure shipments are captured at the correct rates and surcharges.
• Reprocessing: Manage the team’s workflow for reprocessing incorrectly rated shipments, ensuring revenue recovery and preventing billing disputes.
• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.
• System Efficiency: Work with finance and tech partners to streamline reporting and develop automated forecasting tools to increase productivity.

About the role:

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of AI Customer Service Chatbots, including improving bot response quality, reducing escalation-to-human rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Manage customer service-related tools and platforms, including but not limited to Zendesk, internal help desk systems, ticketing workflows, automation rules, and knowledge base configurations
• Drive AI adoption in customer service scenarios by evaluating and implementing suitable AI tools, platforms, or model capabilities to improve service efficiency and user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and internal Customer Service teams to drive project implementation and execution
• Coordinate with third-party systems and APIs to support customer service system integration and automation initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
• 3–8 years of experience in customer service systems, AI products, or customer service operations
• Hands-on experience in building and managing AI Chatbot / Conversational AI solutions
• Familiarity with Zendesk platform configuration, maintenance, and core modules

Technical Skills

POSITION SUMMARY

RAC is hiring a Report Developer to build Oracle HCM reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher. You will work with functional consultants and client HR stakeholders to translate business reporting requirements into delivered, validated reports that meet operational HR and management reporting needs — and that remain maintainable after go-live.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Select the correct OTBI subject area for each reporting requirement — knowing which HR data lives in which subject area, when subject areas can be combined safely, and when the requirement needs a BI Publisher SQL data model instead
• Build OTBI analyses across all HCM functional domains — Workforce Management, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Security — applying filters, calculated measures, dashboard prompts, conditional formatting, and drill-down links
• Build BI Publisher reports for all formatted output types — statutory documents such as payslips, IR8A, and CPF reports; transactional outputs such as offer letters and employment verification letters; and operational HR reports requiring pixel-perfect layout
• Test all reports against the intended user's security profile — not the admin account — validating that data scoping by Person Security Profile and Organisation Security Profile behaves correctly before UAT
• Build the report catalogue for client handover — report name, subject area, filter logic, security role required, refresh behaviour, and known limitations — at a standard that allows the client's HR team to maintain and extend reports without calling the SI
• Support post-go-live report training for client HR super-users

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Govern the extension decision framework — assessing every non-standard requirement against the hierarchy of options and recommending the approach that solves the requirement with the least implementation risk and the smallest upgrade footprint
• Configure Oracle Application Composer custom objects — designing top-level and child business objects, defining field types, configuring field-level validation logic, and integrating custom objects with Oracle HCM's standard approval and notification framework
• Configure Page Composer and Page Designer to customise HCM UI layouts — adding hints, making fields conditionally required, hiding fields from specific user populations, and reordering page sections across both Redwood and non-Redwood pages

The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.

Main responsibilities :

Packing List Management

• Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.
• Track the performance of errors made in the detailed packing list and provide feedback to Sourcing and Production.
• Monthly reports of comparing Purchase quotation and good received to spot any discrepancies on quantities or price, sounding out issues to the production team if any.
• Maintain the repository of all detailed packing lists in a neat and organized manner.
• Create and Update purchase orders in SAP with detailed packing list information in a timely and accurate manner.

Merchandise Operations

• Experience engaging with financial services clients regarding due diligence assignments, and organizing research teams to address follow up questions from the clients
• Full fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is essential
• Experience in writing, researching and reviewing/editing due diligence reports; demonstrated excellence in research, writing and editing in Chinese and English
• Strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives and other OSINT research tools

Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership
