Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive the growth of our mobile trading application, Traze, in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for building the Vietnam market from the ground up, including user acquisition, digital growth strategy, business performance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong business leader with proven experience in mobile app growth, digital marketing, and market expansion, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will work closely with regional leadership and Chinese-speaking stakeholders; therefore, Mandarin proficiency is essential.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the Vietnam market entry and expansion strategy for Traze
- Build and drive full-funnel digital growth strategy, including:
￮ User acquisition (paid media, affiliates, KOLs)
￮ App install and activation (KYC, deposit, trading)
￮ Retention and user lifecycle management
- Own and manage key business metrics including:
￮ User growth
￮ Trading volume
￮ Revenue and profitability
- Work closely with Group Product teams to:
￮ Localise the mobile app for Vietnam market
￮ Improve user experience and conversion funnel
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategy
- Build, lead, and scale the local team across growth, marketing, and operations
- Establish and manage local partnerships, affiliate networks, and business channels
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align business direction and execution
- Ensure effective operational processes, governance, and compliance standards are in place
- Manage and approve regional budget (OPEX) and resource allocation
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5–12 years of experience in:
￮ Fintech / trading / financial services or
￮ High-growth digital platforms (mobile app / e-commerce / tech)
￮ Building or scaling a market (0→10)
￮ Driving mobile app growth and user acquisition
￮ Digital marketing and performance channels
￮ Mobile app business models and user behavior
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Language Requirements (Critical)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Mandarin Chinese is preferable
