Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing FLEXCUBE CASA module for Korea Branch.
• Creating plan and support BA to define the business requirements and ensure the system coverage. Progress and issue management also included.
• Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates.
• Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices.
• Good socialization skills
• Professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
• Good communication skill in both English and Korean or Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Korean or Japanese stakeholders and clients.
• Expertise in PMO role for package system implementation project
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of system implementation projects, with accountability for timeline, scope, budget, and quality delivery.
• Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to proactively identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report effectively to senior management and steering committees.
• Implementation experience and knowledge of Oracle Flexcube is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive Cost and/or Max Out goals 

   • Understand short-term and long-term Cost, Max Out goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals

   • Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders 

   • Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting 

   • Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance

Deliver tactical support and program management

   • Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables

   • Enable program success through subject matter expertise

   • Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports 

   • Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans

   • Facilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners

   • Engage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

Communication 

   • Conduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and PROCT leadership team

   • Conduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders


 

Requirements 

   • Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience

   • Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes

   • Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills

   • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

   • Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally

   • Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second level IT technical support to end users including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting, escalation, and follow up to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records through the IT Service Management / ticketing system.
• Ensure tickets are properly logged, categorized, prioritized, documented, and closed in accordance with IT service procedures.
• Track recurring issues and assist in problem root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support SLA monitoring, reporting, and service improvement initiatives
• Endpoint onboarding and device lifecycle management
• Software deployment and patching activities
• Endpoint health checks and compliance status monitoring
• Assist in Windows OS patching, application updates, and remediation tasks as scheduled
• Perform endpoint troubleshooting for non compliant or unmanaged devices

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in providing Level 1 support
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT security, and infrastructure
• Exposure to Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Office, and collaboration tools
