Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment record
• Coordinate and administer training programmes in accordance with the company's training calendar
• Liaise with external training providers and manage training logistics
• Track training attendance, completion records, and course evaluations
• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and feedback from departments
• Support submissions and claims under government-supported training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture)
• Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare reports for management review
• Other HR General Administrative ad-hoc work support
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
• Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
