Job Summary
You will perform administrative duties supporting construction projects, lead and monitor worker schedules, and assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and manage phone communications to support office operations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and purchasing of materials
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Lead workers to follow their daily schedules and monitor punctuality to maintain project timelines
- Prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines effectively
- Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and assist colleagues as needed
- Complete ad-hoc assignments promptly as directed by management

- Experience in administrative roles within the construction field to enhance task efficiency
