• Oversee testing and validation of enclosures (acoustics, vibration, thermal, IP/weatherproof).
• Utilize CAD/CAE tools to support design validation and engineering analysis.
• Manage engineering documentation and issue Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for design improvements.
• Provide mechanical design support during pre-sales, including concept development and customization.
• Work closely with sales, application, procurement, and production teams to ensure engineering feasibility.
• Support vendor evaluation and component feasibility during pre-sales and project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, modular design, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical product design in manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical background in sheet metal design, acoustics, thermal management, and structural analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or NX.
• Familiarity with CFD and FEA analysis tools is an added advantage.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems is an added advantage.
