Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the SEA region.
Actively follow up on leads and promote product applications to customers.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
Commercial Negotiation
Market Intelligence
Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
Provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Management
Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships across the region.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process.
Reporting & Technical Support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within a multinational company (MNC).
Proven experience covering the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Industry background in Science / Chemical sectors, including manufacturing, personal care or home care.
Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Strong drive to achieve regional business growth and build long-term customer relationships.
