About Us

AT Asset Management, established in 2012, is a Singapore-licensed fund management company serving global investors. We are looking for a motivated and capable Operations Executive to support our fund operations, investor servicing, and business support functions.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and keen to grow within the industry. We are also looking for a candidate with a strong interest in innovation, AI tools, and process improvement, as we continue to build a more efficient and scalable operating platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding documentation and support account opening processes
• Review client documentation for completeness and KYC/AML compliance
• Ensure adherence to MAS regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, banks, and counterparties
• Perform monthly investment position and cash reconciliations
• Review NAV reports and transaction records prepared by fund administrators and brokers
• Prepare and distribute investor performance reports accurately and on a timely basis
• Review transaction activities to ensure operational integrity and accounting accuracy
• Support general administrative, operational, and business support matters
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• Meticulous, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Experience in accounting, fund administration, private banking, or asset management will be an advantage
• Experience in business support within a financial institution is preferred
• Strong interest in AI, automation
