We are seeking a versatile IT professional to fill a hybrid role that combines Deskside Support and System Engineering. The successful candidate will split their time between providing high-touch technical support for our 60-person Singapore office and collaborating with the Group Headquarters to implement and maintain systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Part 1: Deskside Support & Local Operations (20%)

• User Support: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for 60 staff members, providing professional technical assistance via email, remote tools, or in-person.

• Identity & Access: Manage the full user lifecycle in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including MFA configuration and password resets.

• Hardware & Asset Lifecycle:

  • Manage the complete asset inventory and conduct regular audits.
