About the Role:
The Sr. Operations Support Manager (OSM) works leads a team and works closely with Regional Security Managers and executive-level client stakeholders. It is a high-visibility role responsible for regional end-to-end project management, data analysis, and communication of results to senior leaders. The Sr. OSM plays a critical role in managing regionally based support roles across multiple disciplines, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes in a matrixed environment. Acting as a liaison between internal teams and the client, this role supports the development and implementation of security programs, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures accountability for key deliverables across the region.

Job Responsibility:
In this role, you’ll lead a team and manage ongoing security projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You’ll gather and analyze data related to significant security events, generate reports, and present insights to regional and global leadership. You’ll also coordinate with stakeholders, manage executive-level requests, develop procedural documentation, and facilitate both client and internal meetings. Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Production monitoring

• Monitor the global IT platform and execute the associated action when alerts are raised.
• Process (analyze, solve, document) incidents.
• Coordinate incidents resolution with Paris teams when necessary (for instance with infrastructure teams or on-duty people)
• Actively participate in the writing or enhancement of operational procedures (in link with the monitoring alerts)
• Engage in FTS (Follow-the-Sun) model with Europe, including information sharing and tasks handover
• Follow up on the evolution of the IT platform (release) and adapt monitoring tools and procedures

Support to users

• Process local user support requests (configurations, assistance…)
• Collect regularly user feed-backs on system Run Quality and share it with development teams

Transversal

• Enrich the backlog of problems (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority, …
• Manage the IT part of the Singapore Business Continuity Plan
• Share improvement ideas with Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in IT engineering or Mathematics.
• 2-6 years relevant experience in IT trading environment
• Experience and knowledge about Trading and/or portfolio management processes. Derivatives Commodities is a plus.
• Understanding of trading environment.
• First experience in live monitoring and application support of large IT systems
• Good technical knowledge on Windows environment
• SQL skill

What’s the role?

We are looking to appoint a Team Leader with the experience and motivation to run the APAC Risk and BQuant Enterprise Service Support Team that helps clients with workflow solutions for their risk management requirements and their quantitative investment decision making tasks. You’ll help drive the Enterprise Service vision of delivering knowledgeable front-line support across the wide range of Bloomberg Risk and BQuant solutions, and premium services to our clients. You will be leading a team with deep knowledge of our risk solutions, risk management clients’ workflow, and BQuant. This team will be aligned with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Implementation in the delivery of specialized product support to terminal and off-terminal clients within the sell-side and buy-side community.
