主要職責－銷售

透過拓展現有經銷商和批發商網路並獲取新客戶，實現每月和每季的銷售預算。
在每個指定州識別、引入和維護活躍的批發商——確保在 6 個月的目標時間內建立規律的訂購模式。
定期實地走訪批發商、經銷商、汽車修理廠、加油站和零配件零售商，以維持關係並促進銷售。
向新舊客戶清晰、有說服力地介紹產品特性、價格和促銷活動。
監控重點客戶的庫存水平，並與倉庫團隊協調，以確保產品供應。
收集客戶回饋和競爭對手情報，為行銷和銷售計畫提供基礎。
處理銷售訂單，跟進付款狀況，並協助及時解決客戶服務問題。

主要職責－行銷

為 Exide、Sebang 和 Neuton Power 制定並執行貿易促銷、產品發布活動和店內商品陳列活動。
開發和管理社群媒體內容（Facebook、Instagram、TikTok）和付費數位行銷活動，以提高品牌知名度並產生潛在客戶。
創建和協調行銷宣傳資料－產品手冊、價格表、促銷橫幅和經銷商銷售點資料。
按月追蹤並報告行銷活動績效（涵蓋範圍、互動率、產生的潛在客戶、每次獲取潛在客戶的成本）。
管理公司在 Shopee、Lazada 或相關平台上的電子商務產品列表，包括促銷機制和回覆諮詢。
與品牌負責人（Exide、Sebang）協調聯合行銷資料，並確保符合品牌準則。
識別汽車售後市場趨勢，並向管理層提出及時的行銷建議。

要求

至少擁有商業、行銷、大眾傳播或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
1-3 年銷售和行銷綜合經驗，最好是在汽車、快速消費品或工業分銷行業。
具備社群媒體平台和基本數位行銷工具（Facebook 廣告管理工具、Canva、Google Analytics 等）的實際操作經驗者優先考慮。
良好的溝通、表達和人際交往能力－能夠自信地與客戶和跨職能團隊互動。
有創造力，有條理，能夠同時處理多項任務。
精通馬來語和英語；會普通話者優先考慮。
持有有效的駕駛執照（D級）並擁有自己的交通工具；願意在全國範圍內出差進行市場考察和參加活動。
具備電腦操作能力－熟練使用微軟辦公室軟體（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）和基本圖形設計工具（例如 Canva）者優先考慮。

Job Responsibilities

Assist the After-Sales Service Center Marketing Manager in receiving and evaluating customer requirements. Conduct accurate internal inquiries and cost calculations for spare parts, maintenance, and servicing related to waste heat power plants and cement kiln equipment, and prepare efficient and professional commercial quotations.
Take full responsibility for tracking orders throughout the entire process of “inquiry → quotation → shipment → payment collection.” Carefully manage the editing, registration, updating, and filing of all order-related documents and records to ensure a complete business workflow.
Travel as required to visit project owners within the region, maintain good customer relationships, and actively identify and respond to customer needs for after-sales services and spare parts procurement.
Handle business document exchanges, translation, editing, organization, and reporting between Sinoma Energy Conservation’s China headquarters, the Malaysia subsidiary, and the after-sales service center to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
Assist with daily operational and administrative support tasks within the after-sales service center.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a full-time university program (mandatory requirement). Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, mechanical engineering, business, or related fields are preferred.
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Able to use these languages for daily business negotiations and communication with the China headquarters.
Male candidates preferred. Candidates of Chinese ethnicity/background are preferred.
Strong interest in and appreciation for China, Chinese people, and Chinese corporate culture, with the ability to quickly adapt to the working environment of a Chinese-funded enterprise.
Outgoing and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales work.
Highly execution-oriented and responsible, with quick action and no procrastination. Able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
Proficient in computer operations and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Able to process inquiry data quickly and accurately and prepare high-quality quotations.
Good driving skills with a valid driver’s license. Able to accommodate frequent short-distance business travel and customer visits.

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. You will coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to drive the full cycle of product development and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective order execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Communication & Order Management

Communicate with U.S. retail customers via email to clarify product pricing, specifications, and requirements.
Receive and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Convey customer requirements to the R&D team and assist in product design or modification.
Follow up on customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in hosting customer visits, including factory tours, quality inspections, and technical discussions.

Internal Coordination & Process Follow-up

Work closely with the R&D team to explore customer requirements in depth, support feasibility evaluation, and follow up on R&D progress.
Collaborate with production, production planning, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and meet quality standards.
Track customer-requested changes during the production stage and promptly communicate them to relevant internal departments.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure products are safely and punctually delivered to customers via container sea freight.

Sales Support

Assist the U.S. sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.
Support the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and maintenance of customer information.

Your Background & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.
Fresh graduates who are proficient in both Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, familiarity with business hospitality etiquette, and basic understanding of current international trade developments.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented and highly responsible.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Ability to communicate in Chinese with colleagues from China will be an added advantage.
