1. Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in marine services, ship repair, or maritime equipment.
3. Strong network with shipowners, ship managers, and offshore clients in Asia.
4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with willingness to travel.
