Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Seeking an experienced project manager who is responsible for overseeing a construction project. He/she will lead the project from beginning to end, with knowledge about regulations, permits and project management methodology. Able to work well with others, highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Descriptions:

· Manage the day-to-day site operations, deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.

· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors/suppliers with the Project QS/Purchaser till the settlement of final account.

· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably in a sub‑contractor role.
• Prior experience working under a Main Contractor environment and managing site coordination activities.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage site activities to meet project requirements and timelines.

• Able to work independently and under pressure in a site‑based environment.
