Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering design review, technical analysis, project engineering, or classification-related activities is preferred.
• Exposure to international projects and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

• Risk Mitigation & Sustainability: Monitor supplier risk regarding production capacity, financial stability, and compliance to ensure supply continuity (i.e. production tool renewal and component Last Time Buy due to EOL)

• Supplier Performance Management: Collaborate with supplier quality engineer to resolve quality related issues with suppliers and recover cost of poor quality (COPQ) for the organization.

• Special Projects and NPI project management: Work on factored suppliers NPI and special projects, by managing commercial analysis and drive for on time completion.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or engineering, often with specialised knowledge in electronic components.

• Proficiency in cost analysis, contract negotiation, supplier quality management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
