The Candidate Is Required To
• Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers; •
Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries in process
of onboarding; • Ensuring that routes are running effectively and efficiently;
• Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes; • Assist
in training and ensuring that service quality is upheld; • Deal with feedback,
queries and complaints positively and effectively;
• Other duties as required to fullfil the requirement of the position. To succeed in this
role, the candidate must have the following attributes: • Strong spoken and
written communication skills, is patient and able and comfortable in communicating
with people at all levels and from all walks of life; • Meticulous, able to
multi-task and is focused in coordinating the tasks on hand to ensure
deliverables are met to customers' satisfaction; • Enjoys multi-faceted
co-ordination and is a strong team player; • Able to adopt IT processes, is
adept in the use of technology and will train crew and drivers in the use of
technology to facilitate the workflow; • Good sense of road direction; • Able
to adapt and work independently as well as in a team and can function
competently under pressure; • A willing and cheerful learner, worker and leader
JOB DESCRIPTION • Must have
class 3 or 4 driving license with vocational license; • Drive bus according to
a planned route according to a time schedule; • Ferry workers/passengers on
assigned routes punctually; • Ensure proper vehicle maintenance at all times.

should possess at least a minimum primary or secondary school certificate; •
Responsible for the safety and comfort of their clients while they travel on
bus; • Have good and clean driving records; • Have at least 1-2 years working
experience in a related field would be advantageous; • Prefer Singaporean and
permanent resident
