Key Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to ongoing projects
• To assist to pick up calls and provide customer service support
• To communicate with authority officer for project status and issues when needed

What You'll Do

Procurement Support

• Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders across raw materials and packaging

• Help maintain supplier records, pricing sheets, and lead time trackers

• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and documentation

Production Coordination

• Support production scheduling by tracking material availability against planned runs

• Flag potential shortfalls or delays to the operations team early

Inventory Management and Control
