RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Employment Development will oversee employment work streams development, open employment development, transition programme development and also oversee the right siting of PWIDs to jobs through Hi Job!, Job Placement and Job Support Programme (JPJS). Employment Development

• Manage JPJS project development to enhance vocational and soft skills training, facilitating the transition of PWIDs to open employment.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: minimum 2+ years in the electronic security, automation or related industry, familiar with System Integration and services provider business.
• Employment Status: ONLY those based in Singapore with ready employment status
• Leadership: Proven ability to work with technical teams, including remote or distributed teams. Solid team player that is sensitive to deadlines.
• Technical Knowhow: Proficiency in IT, relevant tools, software and platforms in the security industry.
• Communication: Strong English proficiency to present technical designs to C-suite executives and government stakeholders.
• Innovation Mindset: Energetic and strong focus on creating and designing innovative solutions. Willingness to take on challenges as part of the journey to great solutions and happy customers. Self-learning ability.
