Business Development & Sales Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Data Centers, Marine, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Commercial Buildings, and Industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, facility managers, end-users, and distributors.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Establish sales forecasts and business growth plans.

Operations & Project Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, procurement activities, inventory control, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Improve operational efficiency through process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of approximately 5 staff members.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.
• Support staff development and succession planning.

Business & Financial Analysis

• Analyze sales performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reviews.
• Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, project costing, and financial performance.

Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years or more of relevant experience in Engineering Sales, Business Development, Operations Management, or Project Management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Experience in managing engineering projects and operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.

Industry Experience Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following fields:

• Leak Detection Systems
• Heat Tracing Systems
• Instrumentation & Control
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Data Centre Infrastructure
• Marine & Offshore Engineering
• Aerospace Engineering
• Industrial Automation Valve industry
