The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur for a Machine Learning Engineer (Autonomy). At Wingfin, our deep learning models provide the foundation for safe, reliable driving. However, the real world is full of "long tail" events—unstructured construction zones, complex hand signals from a traffic officer, or unique local maneuvers. While the vast majority of driving events are handled autonomously by our models with a high degree of safety and precision, remote takeover provides additional support to the models to handle extremely complex situations.

As a Machine Learning Engineer (Autonomy), you will focus on the "intelligence gap" during takeover. When a human enters the loop, they need to gain situational awareness in a fraction of a second. You will develop distilled world models—efficient, high-level representations of the vehicle’s environment—that provide predictive guidance to remote operators. These models will highlight intent, predict trajectories, and surface the most critical information, enabling humans to make complex decisions at superhuman speed.

This project aims to develop a real-time blood analysis and diagnostic platform using an integrated microfluidic chip. Job Description:

• In charge of conducting and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, and testing of aircraft systems and components.
• Responsible for carrying out complex tasks such as engine servicing and component replacement, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining production equipment.
• In charge of performing detailed inspections of aircraft structures, landing gear, engines, and other critical systems.
• In charge of leading and supervising teams of technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Responsible in promoting and upholding a culture of safety among maintenance teams and ensure all activities comply with quality standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities and certifications.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with regulations from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in MRO industry
• Knowledge of special processes such as Weldng (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining will be advantage

Job Summary

Design and verify RTL-level digital circuits, collaborate with backend teams on synthesis and timing, and perform functional and FPGA verification to ensure robust mixed-signal IC designs.

Responsibilities

• Design RTL-level digital circuits for synchronous and asynchronous applications involving multiple clock domains to meet functional requirements
• Perform digital functional verification and FPGA verification to validate design correctness and performance
• Collaborate with backend teams to execute digital synthesis, place-and-route, design for test, and static timing analysis for optimized chip implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and verification issues to ensure reliable IC functionality
• Support function verification activities by developing and executing test plans and simulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in application and validation of digital designs
• Knowledge of Verilog coding, design, simulation, and verification methodologies
• Basic understanding of logic synthesis, place-and-route, static timing analysis, and logic equivalency checking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Cadence tools such as Incisive Enterprise Simulator, SimVision, Genus, First Encounter, Conformal, Modus, Tempus, and Virtuoso
