• Identify and pursue suitable project tenders (civil, rebar, painting, A&A, finishing works) from main contractors, developers, and government agencies (HDB, LTA, etc.).

• Build and maintain a strong network of decision-makers (project directors, procurement managers, consultants).

• Lead the entire tender process: prepare proposals, cost estimates, and submit competitive bids.

• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project handover to operations team.

• Conduct market research to identify profitable project types and emerging opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bids reflect actual manpower availability and upskilling capabilities.

Experience Needed

• 5–10 years in construction business development, sales, or tender management in Singapore.

• Proven track record of winning projects from both private and public sectors.
