The Role

We are seeking a Global IT Operations Manager to build and operationalize Multiplier’s IT foundation across both the HoldCo and our portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role responsible for designing scalable IT systems, access governance, endpoint management, and SaaS lifecycle processes that support a globally distributed organization. Responsibilities

As a Sr. Controls & Compliance Manager, your job will be to assist in the development of innovative and effective compliance controls that mitigate 3rd party red-flags or risks, lead the implementation of those controls during each stage of the datacenter lifecycle, and monitor or audit those controls across CO+I operations, procurement, supply chain, and 3rd parties.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent. 
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, public accounting, audit, risk or equivalent. 
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry (E/P/C). 
• Experience building or managing Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery compliance programs or controls. 
• Familiarity with the global anti-corruption laws (e.g. the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) etc.) 

Preferred: 

• Experience in the datacenter construction industry (E/P/C). 
• Experience working in a large multinational environment.

The Construction EHS Project Manager must be an experienced and recognized technical expert in Construction and Design Safety, to include incorporation of safety into business and project management processes. His/her mission is to assist EHS program safety leads, business line Regional Directors, and Construction Managers with advancing safety programs and culture for both the lease and build portfolios.  This role will be functioning as the person who will be responsible for design, delivery and maintenance of various reports, forums, analysis, etc.    S/he will monitor risks, trends and leading/lagging metrics, then develop reports and management review content that will be used to drive accountability and action.  There will be extensive interaction with a diverse range of business partners, peers and stakeholders inside and outside of the company.  Close liaison will be maintained with stakeholders, the overall APAC EHS Team and the EPC team.

Responsibilities

The Construction EHS Project Manager will: 

• Work with leaders, staff and contractors at all levels and in multiple cultures to implement effective solutions. 
• Drive supplier safety performance through safety leadership engagement, collaborative forums, and contractual assurance actions.
• Assist the EHS Construction Managers valuate EHS risks during site selection, design, construction, and commissioning activities and ensure actions are taken to mitigate risks.
• Work with business partners and peer EHS teams to ensure the transition from datacenter delivery to datacenter operations is smooth and risks are adequately mitigated. 
• Drive a standardized and harmonized approach across datacenter activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Present on a regular basis to various leadership teams.

• Interpret safety standards and regulatory requirements to assure compliance and aggressive management of risk.

Qualifications

Education:

•  A University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education in science, engineering or related Safety/SHE discipline/degree is preferred but equivalent experience and/or certifications can be substituted.

Experience:

•  A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Construction and Design Safety is required, with demonstrated knowledge and experience controlling the broad spectrum of safety risks.
