Main Responsibilities
Partner with the VP of Finance & Admin to develop long-term HR strategies and succession plans.
Manage recruitment for Singapore and overseas locations, including Malaysia.
Lead traineeship programs, including coordinating training schedules and designing career pathways.
Draft and refine corporate policies regarding recruitment, performance, and compensation.
Conduct audits to ensure all practices align with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Monitor HR policy implementation across all group subsidiaries.
Oversee group data collation for head office reporting and spearhead new initiatives like HR digitization.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a shifting environment.
