Job Description

-Participate in departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on different projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering.

-Strong problem solving and analytical skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisation skills and able to handle multiple task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stir fry dishes following the company’s quality and recipe standards to ensure consistent product excellence
• Oversee daily operational activities to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
• Develop and manage staff duty rosters, assigning tasks to optimize team productivity and coverage
• Monitor and enforce staff adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain operational compliance
• Conduct orientation and deliver training programs for new staff to ensure readiness and alignment with company expectations
• Coordinate ordering and inventory management with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Implement and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards to comply with health and safety regulations
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interaction with staff and customers
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment by maintaining focus and adaptability

Management Trainee Programme

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning. Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you for higher management level.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)

Job Description

• Inspect and repair passenger seats, galleys, and lavatories and maintain aircraft conditions
• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft, including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, bulkheads, etc.
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and organized manner
• Maintain inventory items required for handling the cleaning activities
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operating fleet
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering/Aviation.
• No working experience is needed
• Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
• Ability to perform tasks in high-noise areas and work at height
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate must attend a 9-month Cabin Trainee Technician course (including On the Job Training) with assessment followed by 12-months bond.
