This role, based in Singapore, focuses on providing junior support across the office, with a particular focus on International Private Client work, alongside International Arbitration work. The position involves client interaction and delivering a high-quality service. This role will support with complex, cross-border matters for the firm’s key clients, often navigating challenging regulatory and international issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role will work with clients based across a range of geographical locations, and provide the opportunity to develop further international outlook.
- Transactional support and assisting fee earners
- Research tasks
- Liaising with clients as required
- Document review
- Proofreading
- Drafting documents across a range of teams
- Due diligence
- Point of contact for third parties
- Knowledge management for the team
- Supporting other teams as required
- Support and attending marketing and BD events
Person Specification:
- Currently undertaking qualifying work experience
- Manages time effectively and performs well under time and work pressures
- Has the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
- Strong English language skills, confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients
- A strong team player
- Has a flexible approach and willing to go the extra mile
