• Professional certifications in Red Hat Linux and/or Microsoft technologies, including cloud certifications, are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To administer and configure infrastructure system and application (Active Directory Services, telephony, server storage, backup etc), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc), desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and POS.
• Manage VMWare Virtualisation platform, Storage Platform (SAN/ NAS), Compute Platform (Server system hardware) and Infrastructure services systems (MFT, Enterprise batch job management, Monitoring tools, patch management tools, inventory)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.
• To ensure systems are backup automatically, disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems resources usage closely.
• Regularly maintain up-to-date documentations for infrastructure activities & user guides.
• Render technical support when required after office hours and weekend support if required during in-house events.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in infrastructure operations and maintenance activities.
• To manage in-house POS system and related hardware
• Should be well versed in Firewall and Network concepts with Cybersecurity background is a must.
• Good knowledge on SSL off-loading concepts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT / Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT System Infrastructure implementation / maintenance
• Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are welcome to apply
• Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware & Fortinet
• Good technical skills in configuration and troubleshooting PC, network issues including back bone infrastructure issues, server hardware knowledge and Cybersecurity skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in configuring servers, switches, Microsoft 365 technical support and Telephony systems support.
• Pen test certified will be an added advantage.
