The Credit Risk Specialist is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing counterparty credit risk arising from physical and paper oil trading activities. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands-on experience in work pass management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
• Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.
• Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as required.
• Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requirements.

Payroll & Vendor Management:

• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS).
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.
• Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).

HR Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain and update employee HRIS records.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Support internal and external HR audits.

Requirements:

• At least 1 – 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
• MOM management (EP, S Pass, WP handling)
• CPF and IRAS submissions
• TAFEP and TADM policy knowledge
• Payroll input management and vendor coordination
• Employee onboarding and exit processes
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to regional HR practices or multinational setups.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Enhance and support existing applications with a focus on performance optimization and high-volume data processing.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database components, supporting reconciliation and data integrity.
• Work with Kafka messaging to enable reliable data integration and processing.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies while maintaining clear technical documentation.

Skills/Requirement

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development for designing, developing, and maintaining web or backend applications.
• Strong expertise in database design and SQL scripting, including query development and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of reconciliation processes (technical and/or functional) within enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of Kafka messaging platform for event-driven or asynchronous data processing.
• Proven experience working with large data volumes, including data ingestion into databases and applying performance tuning techniques.
• Good-to-have experience with PowerShell or shell scripting for automation and operational support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive continuous improvement of Incident Response Framework, Incident Response Plan, Event Management, Standard Operation Procedure, Playbook and etc. for cybersecurity operations and incident response

• Perform advanced trend, pattern and statistical analysis to project future technical cyber threat scenarios

• Produce findings to help initialize or support law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations or activities

• Establish incident management procedures for the detection, reporting and handling of incidents

• Direct post-mortem activities following critical incidents

• Work closely with internal and external parties to manage the operation of SOC

• Manage security operation to ensure implemented security technologies and controls are effective and adequate to protect our infrastructure/business

• Track and analyse cybersecurity metrics for effectiveness, benchmarking and management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 6 or more years of experience in running security operations including management of Security Operation Center (SOC).

• Technical know-how and experience in IT security solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the followings:-

• Network Security : F/W, IPS, VPN, UTM, NAC

• Knowledge in Checkpoint, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba and Fortigate, CyberArk, Tripwire, will be an added advantage

• Content Security : WEB Security, Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus

• End point Security : Anti-Virus/Malware, Host base IPS, DLP, BitLocker

• Security Information Management: SIEM, Security management, Forensics

• Experience in conducting detailed cyber security events investigation and analysis including leading and responding to cyber security incidents

• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage
