• Primary point of contact for vendor and internal AP-related queries via ticketing tools, email, or phone

• Handle escalated and complex AP issues such as invoice discrepancies, payment delays, duplicate payments, and account reconciliations

• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries within defined SLAs

Query Resolution & Analysis

• Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions

• Track, monitor, and report helpdesk metrics including turnaround time, backlog, and resolution rates

• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Communicate effectively with vendors, procurement, finance, and business teams

• Provide clear explanations of AP processes, payment cycles, and policy requirements

• Build strong relationships to improve vendor satisfaction and reduce query volumes

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies

• Update and maintain SOPs and knowledge base documents

Team Support & Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior analysts and new team members

• Support training initiatives and knowledge transfer sessions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• SLA adherence and first-contact resolution rate

• Accuracy and quality of query resolution

• Reduction in repeat and aged queries

• Vendor and internal customer satisfaction scores

Support data requests by extracting and preparing data from relevant systems for stakeholders

Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and highlight any issues for resolution

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to support business decisions

Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects based on business needs

Maintain and improve reporting processes and data workflows

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights

Identify data gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements

Ensure reporting aligns with internal policies and data governance standards

You will be in a position of Competitive Strategy. You will gather raw market data, interpreting intel and data collected and translating it into relevant recommendations that shape Grab's operational direction.

You will be directly reporting to the Head, Market Insights.

• Conduct comprehensive competitive landscape analysis by:
  • Interpret trends and insights derived from quantitative data and performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry developments and activities to identify important movements and opportunities.
  • Perform financial analysis of main industry players to gain a deeper understanding of their market positioning and strategies.
  • Synthesize observations and insights, crafting strategic narratives that connect the dots across the competitive landscape.
• Assess potential threats and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to drive Grab's strategic and operational decision-making processes.
• Lead and manage a small team responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring the accuracy of data collection and validation workflows.
• Drive interdepartmental collaboration by managing projects and aligning objectives across multiple teams and departments.
