M&E Intern Engineer Design

• Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirement. 
• Responsible to take measurement under special circumstances. 
• Provide necessary information to PE / PM/ GM regarding HVAC design. 
• Ensure the design provide on timely manner. 
• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure designs meet specifications. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support as needed. 
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time. 
• Responsible to work with PE/PM in preparation of complete tender submission. 
• Ensure complete tender submission on time.

M&E Intern Costing Admin 

• Create accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements, and liaise with the Project Engineer (PE) to ensure customer needs are met. 
• Regularly checking and promptly respond to customer emails, maintaining professional communication. 
• Ensure forward all quotation to customer on time. 
• Keep customers updated with the latest PR quotations promptly.

職位描述

• 協助準備薪資單，核實相關數據（缺勤、請假、加班等）。
• 協助審核員工請假申請和考勤紀錄
• 協助處理各項人力資源職能及日常營運工作。
• 為公司提供行政支持，例如維護和保養辦公用品、公司製服等，以確保庫存充足。
• 組織、發展和維護適當的歸檔系統
• 必要時履行其他職責（例如簽發銷售訂單和發貨單）。
• 負責與移民局、JTK、Fomema及其他相關政府機關聯絡，辦理外籍勞工許可證續約。
• 負責外籍勞工的各項事務，包括住宿、體檢、工作許可證續約、交通等。
• 管理、處理及續約許可證、租約及其他
• 能夠立即或短期內開始工作者優先考慮。

本公司現招募會計實習生，實習期為四 (4) 至六 (6) 個月。實習將為學生提供會計和財務相關職能的實務機會，包括：

• 應付帳款和應收帳款流程
• 資料輸入和記錄維護
• 財務記錄的歸檔與整理
• 協助進行帳戶核對
• 會計部門的日常行政支持
