• Consolidate and review campaign post-mortem reporting for HQ, include compiling and review competition marketing activities, ongoing market trends and information, and analysis of brand’s competitive performance for learning and future decision making

• Assist in preparing weekly/ monthly reports and performance tracking
• Assist in calculating, processing, and tracking trade program channels, including documentation, invoicing, and compliance verification
• Support system/ app monitoring (ePG app)
• Ensure data accuracy, flag discrepancies for resolution, and support corrective actions to maintain reporting integrity and timely updates
• Support the development and implementation of standardized processes across Sales Operations to improve efficiency and compliance

• Support employer branding events from concept to execution
• Design visuals, layouts, and other brand collaterals
• Create, edit, and manage social media content for TikTok and LinkedIn
• Write and proofread creative copy for captions and promotional materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for ongoing projects, activations, and partnerships

Working Hours: Any 5 days of the week, 9am – 5pm (Only need to come into office 2 days per week – 1 weekday + 1 weekend, other 3 days are WFH)

• 1 weekday (for team collaboration, filming, or client-related work)

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing and Consulting intern to support content creation for a range of client-based marketing and branding projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys videography, storytelling, and social media trends, and wants exposure to how content is created, optimised, and used in real consulting and agency-style work across different brands and campaigns.

Content Creation & Filming

• Film/ Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Capture content across different settings, including lifestyle features, events, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign highlights

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos using CapCut with engaging hooks, captions, subtitles, and transitions
• Optimise videos for different platforms and client tones

Content Planning & Strategy Support

• Assist in brainstorming content ideas aligned with client objectives and social media trends
• Translate briefs into clear, engaging short-form content

Content & Asset Management

• Organise raw footage and edited assets
• Support branding, marketing, and campaign rollouts when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum A-Level or above
• Strong interest in videography, video editing, and social media
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut)
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Good to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience creating content for brands, events, or client projects
• Understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics
• Basic Canva or graphic design skills
• Interest in marketing, branding, or consulting work
