Core responsibilities:

• Assist CRO to plan and launch public relation programs for the construction projects, such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
• Conduct survey on existing condition, such as: spalling concrete and ceiling leakage etc. as well as taking measurement.
• Plan and coordinate assigned work to be carried out in a timely manner.
• Handle enquires, feedback and complaints pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
• Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between the relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities like the Town Councils and Housing Development Board (HDB) etc. as well as take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities.
• Show, explain and demonstrate to residents and/or tenants the location and purpose of retrofits provisions.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relations with the residents and/or tenants.
• Conduct regular visits to residents and/ or tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of the work schedule’s changes and impacts.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play avital role in supporting the smooth operations of Camp Asia by handling customer inquiries, supporting the online booking process, and providing vital administrative and logistical support before and during camp sessions.

This is a Customer Relations role based at construction sites for HDB/upgrading projects. You’ll handle residents’ feedback and complaints, coordinate with contractors and authorities, conduct site visits, and assist with communications and admin work. It’s a site-based, permanent role with salary based on experience, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma certificate

• Experience in HDB or construction projects preferred (senior role requires more experience)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working at site office

• Proficient in MS Office, organised, proactive and able to work independently

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle residents’ enquiries, feedback and complaints related to construction works

• Prepare notices, circulars and support communications

• Conduct site visits to residents/tenants and provide updates on work schedules

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Town Councils and Housing & Development Board (HDB)

• Attend meetings, take minutes and maintain proper documentation

• Assist with basic site surveys, measurements and administrative duties

• Salary range: $3000 - $4200

• 5.5 days work week
