Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Credit Card Centre team. This role supports customer service operations and backend processing related to credit card services, ensuring timely resolution of customer enquiries, transaction disputes, and operational requests while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests by providing accurate information and effective solutions promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
- Process customer instruction forms received via Customer Hotline and branch channels to ensure accurate and timely handling of requests
- Manage and resolve customer feedback and complaints to maintain a positive service experience and uphold service quality standards
- Investigate and resolve unauthorised transaction disputes and coordinate card replacement processes to protect customer interests and reduce risk
- Support operational tasks including system testing, settlements, and data reporting to ensure smooth Credit Card Centre operations
- Provide backup support for team members during peak periods or absences to maintain continuous service delivery
- Assist with ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Head of Department or management to support team objectives and operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, or card services preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions with customers and colleagues
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities to address issues proactively and improve service outcomes
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn to adapt to evolving operational requirements and contribute to team success
