We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, retail, F&B, and office fit-out projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensures overall progresses based on schedules.
• Manage to work on multiple projects.
• Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
• Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work.
• Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation related to the project.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Manage final inspections, testing & commissioning, and defect rectifications.
• Prepare handover documentation including as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future project delivery.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction project management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, or office fit-out projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes.
Others:
• Familiar with BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, URA requirements.
• WSQ “Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites” (formerly CSOC) certification is an advantage.
• Team player with strong problem-solving and client management skills.
