• Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's system on site

• Update project team on the latest MOM Safety news

• Conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessment, incident / accident investigation

• Conduct safety training, tool box meeting to all workers at site

• Assist with safety program implementation at workplace

• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issue

• Any other duties assigned by the Project / Site Manager

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Electrical Drawings and CAD Proficiency: Skilled in reading electrical schematics and proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for design and planning.

Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to organize complex projects and solve challenges that arise.

Effective Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.

Driver’s License (Preferred): A valid driver’s license is advantageous for site visits and project mobility.

Roles & Responsibilities: You will be part of the Strategic Planning & Business Development , working closely with teams in Strategic & Corporate Planning, Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Marketing & Communications.

As a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations while acting as a trusted finance partner to the organisation.

• Oversee financial operations including payments, collections and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
  financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and statutory reporting to support informed decision-making.

• Partner business teams by providing practical financial advice on operational matters, capital expenditure proposals and project initiatives.

• Strengthen governance and internal controls by reviewing and enhancing financial policies, processes and systems.

• Support Board and Audit Committee matters, including preparation and coordination of reports and submissions to HQ.

• Take on ad-hoc projects and special assignments, including secretariat-related duties, as part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy,computer science and/or a recognized professional qualification

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a statutory board, accounting firm, multinational corporation or listed company.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

• Proactive, resourceful and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging government agencies, auditors and senior leadership.
