BazGym Branch Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Singapore (Multiple Branches)

With over 20 years of impact and thousands of students weekly, we are looking for a Centre Manager who can take ownership of a branch and drive both people and performance.

This is not a desk-bound role — it is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and treats the business like their own.

Your Role

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of a BazGym branch, across operations, team, and growth.

1. Sales & Growth

• Drive student enrolment and retention
• Follow up on leads, trials, and conversions
• Execute promotions, events, and outreach initiatives
• Build relationships with parents and community partners

2. Operations & Scheduling

• Manage class schedules, capacity, and optimisation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the centre
• Coordinate coaches’ schedules and manpower planning
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation

3. Client & Revenue Management

• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing and collections
• Monitor revenue performance and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure strong administrative discipline across the branch

4. Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, motivate, and develop coaches and staff
• Build a positive, high-performance team culture
• Manage staff attendance, morale, and accountability
• Work closely with Head of Programmes on coaching standards

5. Marketing & Brand Building

• Execute local marketing initiatives (events, partnerships, outreach)
• Represent BazGym professionally to parents and external partners
• Support company-wide events and brand-building activities

Requirements

• Experience in operations, sales, or centre/branch management preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working with children, families, or in sports/education is a plus
