Key Responsibilities

Capacity Planning & Management

• Plan and manage data centre and network room capacity covering space, power, and cooling.
• Develop short‑, medium‑, and long‑term capacity forecasts based on IT demand and growth projections.
• Support phased load planning (e.g. IT load ramp‑up by phase).

Infrastructure Assessment

• Evaluate electrical infrastructure including UPS, transformers, PDUs, generators, and redundancy (N, N+1).

Design & Setup

• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.

• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.
• Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).

HR Administration & Reporting:

Automation, Scripting & Operational Efficiency:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) for App Volumes management (assignments, mounts, health checks), VDI operational tasks, user session telemetry extraction, and bulk administration tasks

Reporting, Audit & Compliance:
