Requirements:

• 3 – 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and/or Software Quality Engineer in an agile environment

• Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript (React.js, Next.js, etc)

• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB)

• Familiarity with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst (Payments) to support MetaComp’s regulatory and financial crime compliance efforts across our fiat payment operations.

This is a junior role ideal for candidates starting their career in compliance, offering hands-on exposure to transaction monitoring, AML/CFT controls, and payment investigations within a regulated fintech and digital asset environment.

Purpose of the Role

Regulatory Compliance

Experience

• Individual should be an experienced executive with relevant experience typically gained within financial institutions.
• Coverage of job experience should include liaising with regulators, regulatory compliance framework, disciplinary and conduct framework, life and general insurance products, regulatory and conduct risk, and financial crime. 
• Good knowledge of Insurance, Financial Adviser, Payment Services and Capital Market regulations in Singapore, applicable to the insurance/financial services industry such as Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and its subsidiary regulations, other Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board regulations, and Life Insurance Association (LIA) guidelines.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The CRO division develops and oversees the global framework for risk identification, control, reporting, and management within the risk tolerance for the various business activities for the bank,aiming at sustainable growth of the franchise.

Compliance is part of the Risk, Legal and Compliance Division of the bank and supportsthe Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations to actively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks.

The KYC Compliance Officer (“KYC CO”) will support the Global Client Risk Review, responsible for Compliance Singapore’s KYC / CDD review and approval of High and Highest existing client relationships booked in the bank ensuring that client files meet internal standards and regulatory requirements with particular emphasis on Source of Wealth corroboration, Reputational Risk Assessment and overall alignment with the firm’s Global Risk Appetite Tolerance Framework (GRATS).

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

* Support Head of AML/KYC Singapore and the Head of KYC in the management of Compliance’s review of existing client relationships booked in the bank.

* Part of the KYC team of Compliance Officers supporting Compliance Singapore’s review in the execution of a Client Book Review initiative – aligned with the firm’s Global Risk Appetite Tolerance Framework (GRATS).

* Review and assess client transactional activities, name screening results, and assess adverse media, exercising judgment to identify unusual patterns and potential issues.

* Prepare materials and follow-up on remediation actions.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION·
