Our client, an established poultry and egg producer in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to join as a Quality Control Executive (Food).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and verify that food production activities adhere to food safety guidelines, product specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining food safety management systems such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, and relevant authority standards.

• Perform regular checks on production lines and processes to ensure standards are consistently met, including in-process product inspections.

• Support regulatory body reviews, customer audits, and site visits, including following up on corrective actions and documentation as needed.

• Report any deviations or non-compliance in products or processes promptly to supervisors or management.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided.

• Comfortable working in cold storage/production areas (10–15°C)

• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Preferably a Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.

The role will focus on combining new theory or method in nonlinear system control and state-of-the-art machine learning systems, with applications to various robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer feedback across multiple channels, including contact centre calls, email inboxes, and digital/traditional platforms

Timely manage regulatory changes, updates and obligations such as gap analysis, update policies and procedures to ensure timely implementation and compliance and perform an annual review of relevant policies & procedures.

AML/CFT

Fulfil AML/CFT role and responsibilities in accordance with Group AML/CFT Policy, ensuring timely turnaround for onboarding, periodic reviews, ad-hoc KYC reviews are timely completed, effective transaction monitoring reviews, comprehensive investigation and assessment, timely escalation/reporting with due actions taken on suspicious transactions/activities, incident reporting, exceptional handling applications.

Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment

Support relevant offices with the annual review of ML/TF Risk Assessment Methodology, periodic EWRA exercise, analysis, risk treatment actions plans and narrative reporting to the Board and Senior Management.

FATCA & CRS

Ensure timely compliance of all FATCA and CRS requirements and obligations for the relevant operating entities and client entities, provide advisory, ensure accurate classification and identification including self-certification of reportable accounts; registration as necessary; reporting of reportable accounts; sampling checks and rectification of deficiencies; and submission of concise progress updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Personal Data Protection

As an IVVQ Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, participating and supervising the efficient integration, verification, validation and qualification(IVVQ) execution of defence and supporting systems. The Engineer is responsible for the Test plan and reports, assuring that the scope of the IVVQ activities fully covers all aspects of the system under test, while taking all previous verification activities on comparable systems into account to optimize the test effort.

Responsibilities:

·        Work with project team to ensure that all the requirements are verified and validated using the appropriate test method and means and also maintain the Traceability links between system specifications to test procedures.

·        Setup and maintain products/systems in the integration and test lab including servers, storage, network hardware, software components, project configurations, test scripts, tools and accessories.

·        Develop test and automation scripts to support site performance and robustness testing process, such as analysis of log collected and producing performance statistics based on site test data collected.

·        For any test campaign, prepare test environment, test configurations and virtualized environment as required, develop and execute verification procedure, compile the results documents, manage the deviations and record all verification results.

·        Analyze the system logs and communicate information on variances and anomalies to stakeholders,
